Important information about the prices

The prices indicated are valid per day. Children up to 12 years stay with us free of charge, except in the high season. From the age of 13, they are considered adults according to our price list.

 

Included services for all our guests (chalet & lodges)

  • Fully equipped house/lodge with common household items (filter coffee machine, espresso machine for ground coffee or coffee pods, kettle, toaster, washing-up liquid, dishcloths and dryer sheets, coffee filters, spices, vinegar, oil, sugar, etc.)
  • Towels and bed linen (down comforters, bed linen made of cotton from controlled cultivation)
  • High-quality drinking water from a mountain spring (constantly checked and controlled officially)
  • Hairdryer, toilet paper, soap dispenser for shower gel and shampoo
  • Free internet access (WLAN) and radio (Bluetooth)
  • All charges for electricity, garbage, water, heating (floor and wall heating)
  • Washing machine with detergent, tumble dryer, iron
  • Free use of the sauna with sauna towels and bathrobes
  • Hydrosoft cabin with infrared lamps
  • Baby travel cot, high chair, changing mat
  • Use of our own outdoor area with sun loungers and garden furniture
  • Board games and game collections
  • Final cleaning for stays of more than 5 nights
  • For stays of less than 5 nights: Cleaning fee of €180.00 for the chalet and €100.00 for the lodges
  • New: including Mobilcard for free use of all public transport in South Tyrol
  • Free use of the parking lot in Falzeben
  • In winter: Luggage transport on arrival and departure

Included services only for Chalet Magdalena:

  • Barbecue facilities
  • Wood for the open fire
  • 1 sledge
  • Table tennis, slackline, hammock

Important: Chalet Magdalena & Lodges are located in a protected forest and can only be reached via a forest road, part of which also serves as a hiking trail. Driving your own car is only permitted for arrival and departure (7:00 to 9:30 and 15:00 to 17:00). In winter, the chalet and lodges are only accessible on foot, luggage is transported by snowmobile.

Additional services

  • Bread rolls from the oven: in our freezer, you will find frozen bread rolls to bake yourself.
  • Warm feet: get out of your shoes and into the Tyrolean "Filzpatschen" – comfortable slippers made from felt.
  • Relaxation: yoga in the forest! We are happy to organize a personal yoga session in the forest on advance booking.
  • Homemade products from South Tyrol: On request, we can buy original regional products from small producers before your arrival and fill your larder (fridge). Please let us know your wishes.
  • Additional change of bed linen and towels.
  • Pets are allowed: Pets are allowed on request (extra charge). For dog owners who want to treat themselves to some time out on vacation: There is a dog sitter nearby who will lovingly look after your four-legged friends - by the hour, overnight or for the entire stay (www.cdogs.it).

Useful information

  • Arrival/departure: On the day of arrival, the chalet and lodges are available from 15:30. On the day of departure, the chalet must be vacated by 9:30 am.
  • Do not smoke: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the chalet and lodges. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Please use the ashtrays provided and respect the surrounding nature. Do not throw cigarette butts into the forest!
  • Deposit & booking: The booking becomes binding through a deposit or after depositing credit card details as a booking guarantee and sending the booking confirmation. The booking confirmation will be sent in writing, by e-mail or by other means.
  • Payment options: Cash, ATM/EC cards and credit cards are accepted.

  • Cancellation conditions: There is no right of withdrawal according to the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we offer a right of withdrawal under the following conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code: Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before the date of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made later and no-shows will be charged the total amount. In the event of early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • Deposit (only for Chalet Magdalena): A deposit of €1,000.00 is required on arrival, which will be refunded on departure (pre-authorization via credit card possible), provided that everything has been left correctly.
